Objectives
Sun Microsystems’ Human Resource department approached Pad Media to design and develop an email campaign to be distributed internally throughout all staff across The United Kingdom and Spain. The objective of the project was to motivate staff and keep them updated on the latest accomplishments of Sun Microsystems.

Pad Media designed and developed an HTML email campaign which could be delivered internally to all staff. The design need to be motivational and inspirational as well as clearly displaying all the goals achieved.
Like many other email campaigns rigorous testing was required to make sure that the HTML email worked across all email clients, e.g. Outlook 2007 / 2003, Blackberrys, Lotus Notes and Sun Microsystems’ internal web based email client (similar to Hotmail).
Results
Email campaigns are highly measurable as the results of who opened them and who clicked through to relevant articles can be seen from the reports accumulated by Pad Media’s email campaign desitribution tool.
Sun Microsystems were thrilled with the results and look forward to working with Pad Media on the next campaign.
