Million Training
Million training is a specialist business coach based in the UK, providing bespoke programmes for large companies to effectively motivate and manage staff. Million Training approached Pad Media, to design and develop a website for them.
Objectives
Karen O’Connor, Managing Director of Million Training is a very charismatic and bubbly character. She has huge experience in working with large companies to get the most out of their staff. The objective of the project was to visualise Karen O’Connor’s personality and experience onto the web page, whilst maintaining her professional and personalised approach to each client.

We created a fresh and clean design for Million Training. The site was constructed using XHTML and CSS to maximise accessibility, usability and search engine rankings. We used Flash within the header of the page to add movement without affecting the accessibility or search rankings of the site.
Million training has lots of courses, so Pad Media devised a 3 level drop down menu for easy navigation round the site.
Results
The site has been a great success for Million training, it has helped them close deals with several large clients within the retail and hospitality sector.
It was a pleasure working with such a creative and charismatic client.
