Million Training

Million Training provides specialist business coaching in the UK, delivering bespoke programmes for large companies to effectively motivate and manage staff.

Pad Media originally designed the Million Training website back in 2006. Since then Million Training has grown a lot and needed a design to reflect that.

Million Training approached Pad Media to redesign and develop their website on our content management system.

With a new website came a new addition to the Million Training family, EventPal™.

EventPal™ is a learning tool focusing on the sales, marketing and delivery of group bookings and events in the hospitality industry.

Pad Media developed an ecommerce system as part of the content management platform to sell this new tool online.

Million Training also needed a solution to deliver supplementary course material to all EventPal™ customers. They needed to regularly add unit worksheets, sample answers, inspirational messages and useful documents.

Pad Media developed a secure membership area for EventPal™ customers to log into and download this material.

The site was also showcased on the ExpressionEngine gallery ShowEE
